Before you ask
What decides my price?
How many automations you need, and how hard your systems are to connect to. A system with a modern API is straightforward; one that has to be automated through its screens takes considerably more work. We tell you which yours is on the first call, not in the proposal.
Why a build fee and a monthly fee?
The build fee covers designing, building, and testing the automations. The monthly covers running them: monitoring, fixes, changes, and support. If something breaks at 7 a.m., that is our problem, not yours.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. You sign up for your own automation account (about $50/month, paid directly to the provider) and everything we build lives in it. If we part ways, you keep every workflow. For insurance agencies, the renewal engine runs on our infrastructure instead, and your data stays isolated to your agency and you can export all of it at any time.
What about my data?
It lives in your own account, and anything we operate for you is isolated to your business. We will name every service in the chain. We do not sell your data and we do not train anything on it. Export any time; deleted when you leave.
Is there a contract?
Yes. A simple services agreement plus a statement of work describing exactly what we are building. Contracts are in English; we will walk you through them in Spanish if that is easier.
What's not included?
Third-party services you use directly (your automation account, text-message costs, and similar) are paid at cost with no markup. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before we start it.
